I will not print your story
on my website unless you specifically ask me to do so or let me know it's
okay. So feel free to keep sending me your experiences and I'll do
whatever I can to help you out, you need not fear you'll see your story up
on my site the next day! Unless of course, you'd like to....
This site is updated as I encounter more
experiences with Sleep Paralysis. (Or other weird events of
interest)
I
have been experiencing sleep paralysis since I was 15, and I just turned 30 so
it's been many years. But only recently did I find out this peculiar phenomenon had a name
and that I wasn't the only one it to suffer from it. I decided to put up this website to share my
bizarre story with others and to make it's information readily available to researchers
who may find it helpful. I've included links that will give the reader a better understanding of
the scientific aspects of Sleep Paralysis, or SP. Since it is still far from being understood
by researchers, the reader, as always, should keep an objective and open mind while going
through the information. I personally do not know WHAT to believe, but at least I now have
a solid place to begin. There are still so many unanswered questions that we may never find
the bottom to this mystery.
But
always remember, the truth IS stranger than fiction.

these websites, I just wanted to show how diverse the theories for what SP
is and I'll be adding more links in the near future.
